  I came to Jon Le Court with an absolute mess from another hairdresser not knowing if my blonde was salvageable...I walked out with a clean ashy blonde that I'm in love with!

  I took my teenage son to get a hair cut and he has come home upset as it is still too long and not cut evenly. We've been using Jon Le Court Mt Ommaney for over a year and a half regularly. My son usually takes in photos of what he wants done. Today he was just meant to get it trimmed back keeping the style he had from his last visit. They have not trimmed it back far enough or retained the last style (the hair cut is too long in places and not even) and my son is now suffering from dysphoria. My husband also decided to have his hair cut there today. I bought my son a drink from Boost and was assured it would be given to my him. (I wanted to slip in and give it to him but they assured me they would pass it on.) They gave it to my husband instead. While we have been happy with previous experiences, today's was less than a star. There was no attention to care given. Very disappointed.
