  Fantastic range of products and can’t fault the customer service. I bought the wrong wifi router and the Manager used their discretion to allow me to return the item for the correct one even though the plastic wrapping was opened. Greatly appreciative of that. Highly recommend dealing with this team!

  The staff here have offered me 'above and beyond' customer service multiple times in the last 3 months.. Howard (manager) has taken personal responsibility to ensure a good result for me when I have had extra-ordinary requests. The rest of the team have shown me similar respect and attention. Good work all !!

  Had perfect service from staff member named Jordan could not fault him for anything only lett down in shop was at register waiting for confirmation from a manager the wait was a bit too long other than that the shop would have got 5stars

  Was promised $5 discount off my clock. When I checked my receipt he had only given me $4 off. Feel like coming back to kick him in the shins. I don't like being lied to because I am an old woman

  To the Manager,
  
  You are a very disgusting vile person who needs to be removed from this role.
  
  To discriminate against a young man with down syndrome as you believed him to be that of another person is absolutely appalling. When corrected you then had the ordasity to say "well they look the same" and refuse him entry anyway.
  I have no words to express how truely disgusting you are and you should be ashamed of yourself.
  That young man has more integrity than you ever will have
  I hope everyone see this to know what kind of narrow minded, disriminating person you are.
  
  Hopefully, potential customers will find some where else to shop.
