  At their advice I had the carpets of our car shampoo'd by them. I wish I didn't. They said the carpets and seats would be dry the next day. Not even close. They used far too much liquid and it drenched the carpet. When I lifted the boot carpet it had around 2cm of water in the cracks just sitting there pooled. Stinking water was pooled under the carpets in the main car for days. Very disappointed and our car still stinks. Time and money for them to do it and time and money for me to try and fix it afterwards. Detailing seemed to be good, but completely overshadowed by the smell and ruined carpets that we now have to deal with. Will not be going back - not even if they offer to fix. I don't trust they wont make it worse.

  It used to one of the best car wash place in Brisbane for value and workmanship. Now they charge without doing the job. In my recent visit they charge me extra to do more cleaning which was okay for me but after the work is completed the car looks like the same. All dirt on remain the same on the outside and car was not clean inside. Very poor service. Do not waste money

  The most terrible service that I have ever had. I book for premium full detail for selling my vehicle and they said "It will be done by 3 or 4pm and we will give you a call when it is done." But they didn't call or message me till 4:40pm.
  And they didn't clean glove box, dash board, cup holders. Dusts are everywhere, seats are damn soggy and it stinks like trash.
  
  I don't recommend this place to anyone. It is worthless, time wasting, awful, lousy, dreadful detailing shop I have ever had.

  My car was in a mess, especially from all the dog hair that covered the back seat. They cleaned the car inside and outside as if a brand new car! There was a surcharge but I was expecting it, and it was reasonable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best car wash in town!!!

  Great service! Quality was the best out of all the car washes I've been to. Best value with the greatest prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
