    Twice in 2 visits through drive in I have had missed items. I was silly enough to not check the 2nd time around and only noticed when I got home. Called the store to speak with manager and no answer after 3 attempts. Not good enough!!

    Only one of the staff members look like they know what they are doing. The rest look like slow zombies. Always wait over 10 mins for a meal, not exactly fast food.

    Third time I've had my order wrong. Why go through the confirmation process if it's the wrong thing when I get home? I've always thought of those people who held up drive through ques to check their food as paranoid. With Mt Ommaney's KFC, I get it now.

    Couldn't get through on the phone this time around either. Really compounds the frustration.

    Worst KFC EVER!! The chicken was so small and dry and had a terrible taste. Had to wait 25 minutes for a street wise feast. Do yourself a favour and go to HJs next door
