Jess and Leyla were engaging, extremely helpful and interested in us as customers. Their customer service was outstanding, something that is lacking so often now days. Well done girls.

- Thuy Phan Added November 30, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This store has a very interesting closing policy. I came into the store on a Thursday night 13th of July. There was sign that has a further 50% sale hence why has got my attention. My mum, aunty and myself entered the store hoping to find a bargain. Sale assistance at the time said to us. She will be closing in 10minute. We nodded in agreement and that we understood. So we quickly selected our items and proceeded for payment. The sales assistant then said, " sorry, I've closed the register". I replied, and said but you haven't inform us that the registers are closing. You have only told us that you will be closing the store in 10 minutes. The only thing that the sale assistance reply was, " I'm sorry".
Unsatisfactory with the customer service. I am unable to make my purchase. - Porcia Honeysett Added November 25, 2023★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer service was poor, for a second I thought the store was closed as I was just stared at by employees and wasn’t greeted at all. I felt uncomfortable at the way I was being looked at and judged for my purchase. I’m very appalled and this isn’t the first this has happened.
